1) How do I download documents? When I click on the links, nothing comes up. In order to open or save the documents, file downloads must be enabled for transaver.com in your Internet Security Settings.
2) When I print a report, it cuts off some of the columns. If you are printing from the menu on your browser, you must set the orientation of the document to landscape. If you print from the printer button on the report that shows up, a PDF with all of the columns included will be generated.
3) When I click on some of the links, nothing happens. You may have your browser set to block pop ups. In order to use this tool, you need to allow pop ups.
